About Dawn
I grew up in the Leduc and Leduc County area, still live here, and I genuinely love this part of Alberta. My roots here run deep, and that local knowledge helps me guide clients through the unique details of buying and selling in both town and country settings.
Before becoming a REALTOR® in 2011, I worked in beekeeping, home building/renovating, and property ownership as a landlord. That background gives me a practical eye for homes, acreages, land, buildings, and investment potential — not just what looks good on paper, but what matters in real life.
Today, I specialize in residential, rural, acreage, and agricultural real estate, serving clients throughout Leduc, Edmonton, Beaumont, Calmar, Thorsby, Warburg, Breton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and the surrounding areas.
